Can I order in bulk for my business, school, or team?
Absolutely. We work with businesses, organizations, and schools to create branded apparel and merchandise. Bulk pricing is available – just reach out with your project details and we’ll provide a custom quote.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
No minimums are required. We’re happy to create single custom pieces as well as large-scale orders.
What types of items can you embroider?
We currently offer embroidery on hats, apparel, and accessories. If you have something specific in mind, contact us and we’ll let you know if it can be embroidered.
Do you provide digitizing for embroidery designs?
Yes, if you don’t already have your design in an embroidery-ready file, we can convert (digitize) it for you. A one-time setup fee may apply.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround time depends on the size of your order. Most small orders are ready within 1–2 weeks, while larger bulk orders may take longer. We’ll confirm timelines when you place your order.
Can I add my business logo to your toques or products?

Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, we ship Canada-wide. Local pickup is also available if you’re nearby.
